Global Passport Photo Size Standards:

United States & India: 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm). Head must be between 1 and 1 3/8 inches from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head.
United Kingdom & European Union: 35 x 45 mm. Head height must fill between 29mm and 34mm of the frame.
Canada: 50 x 70 mm. Max head height is 43mm.
