TinyImagefy offers browser-based utility tools and informational articles for free public use. All conversion and editing services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will always operate error-free, meet individual application portal specifications (such as strict visa uploads), or result in specific file optimization margins.

2. Client-Side Processing & File Security

Since all processing pipelines execute locally in your browser memory context via JavaScript and canvas APIs, TinyImagefy does not store, backup, or index your original or processed files. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your source materials. We are not liable for any file loss, character extraction errors (such as OCR discrepancies), or corruption occurring during the conversion sequence.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TinyImagefy, its developers, or its team be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities (including but not limited to loss of business data, software downtime, or portal application rejections) arising out of the use or inability to use our tools. Users are advised to review and manually verify all output files (especially government card resizers or document files) before uploading them to official systems.
